Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS PRE-BOOKING YOUR MEALS(excluding Bar Food)

We don't accept cash payments for accommodation but our guests can use cash in Food & Beverage outlets.

Hotel Cancellation:
Unless otherwise stated cancellations for individual reservations should be made online no later than 15:00, 2 days prior to arrival date. In the event that you do not cancel at LEAST 48 HOURS before your expected arrival date or that you do not show up and do not cancel, the first nights’ accommodation total will be charged to your credit/debit card without you being present.

Galway Race Week
26 July - 1 August 2021 - 14 days cancellation policy applies to all bookings arriving during this period.

Group Bookings
Please note that we do not accept bookings of groups(3 or more rooms) online. If you wish to make booking for a party of this kind please contact Hotel on (091) 522711 or reservations@salthillhotel.com. Hotel reserves the right to refuse to check-in group if booked online.
For group bookings of 3 rooms a separate cancellation policy applies, please contact the hotel directly.
